Project Scope

We created 40 context animations for Eureka Math’s latest curriculum, Eureka Math². Designed to accompany word problems, these videos allow teachers to spark discussion by first playing the animation, then inviting students to reflect on what they saw. The result is a powerful teaching tool—one that provides a shared visual context and transforms word problems into meaningful, engaging conversations.

Produced over seven months in the middle of the pandemic, the series was brought to life with both local and international talent. Our art direction leaned slightly surreal—vibrant in palette, with intentional use of negative space—ensuring that the math concepts remained the central focus of each piece.

This project sharpened our expertise in collage-style storytelling, and we’re excited to explore new opportunities to apply and expand this distinctive visual approach.

Everything that I hold dear in my craft came together in one project. Highly stylized, beautifully shot, wonderfully animated, with light touches of ambiguity and intrigue built in to the stories throughout.
