In the early years of his Creative career, Wes' creative industry mentor gave him a piece of advice, "Stay Humble, Be Grateful, and know your f&*@ing tools". 15 years later, this timeless advice is still front and center. Wes is focused on connecting with clients where they're at to offer ideas and solutions that grow businesses. As a Creative Director, Wes brings a strategic yet playful approach to ideation, anchored in Copywriting that flows into Art Direction. He brings the soft skills of nuanced storytelling and the hard skills of the craft of filmmaking to bear on every project.

Tyler is a Creative Technologist with 20 years in software development and UI design, blending a lifelong love of art and code. An early web pioneer, he’s always been drawn to creating things people didn’t know were possible. Tyler builds minimal, human-first software that strips away friction and gives people superpowers. His philosophy is simple: automate the automatable so people can spend less time wrangling computers and more time actually creating amazing work.
